Consultations
   Our home consultations are informative, comprehensive, and explicitly designed to give our clients all of the designs, modifications, and equipment information available to make their home accessible.  Safety, comfort, and convenience is provided through our consultation report by explaining what can be done to improve troubled areas of a home. This is based on our clients needs now and in the future if necessary. Our Consultations are based at a standard consultation fee giving the client a full report of any possible improvements that will improve quality of  life in the home.  The Consultation report is a compilation of our findings after a confidential assessment of the home, and of the clients personal needs now and in the future. You get a full written report including:

•  A full confidential assessment of the home. We will work with our client and/or their Health care/Social Worker, Family, or other Agent about  needs or limitations, and find the areas of your home that may be troublesome. We make notes suggesting all areas that may also be troublesome in the future. 

•  We  then take the information back to our office and compile the information. We create a customized list of  Modifications that can be made to improve your quality of life at home today, and suggested Modifications that can be added some time in the future when they are more necessary.  The report will include many items and choices so you are covered for many years.  You decide who will do the Modifications and when. 

• We form a complete list of  several suppliers with specialized assistive materials & equipment when possible with contact information, Item #'s, and the lowest available pricing for the suggested items we list in your report.  We also offer our ordering and delivery service* if desired,  and layout drawings* of modification areas and/or help with building permits if necessary and desired*

• We will support our client through their self installations and contact suppliers on their behalf should the need arise.

• We will look for items that may be covered by Medicare, and other insurances to help you recoup any funds possible .

• The client also has the option of being added to our mailing list supplying them with better living tips, tricks, and the newest technology available so that they can keep up with the state of the art products as we do. 

• All of this information is neatly provided in our Home Safe Consultation Report and explained in detail to the client on our second visit. During our second meeting we will answer any questions that may arise.

  Home modifications done by Home Safe are guaranteed to be installed correctly by experienced and/or Certified installers.  We take our installations very seriously from the installation of a grab bar to building a Master Bedroom Suite we provide the same attention to detail, and quality for your Safety, Comfort, and Convenience.  You can rest assured with peace of mind that if it is built by Home Safe, it is built for life.

         Home Repairs & Maintenance

           At Home Safe we offer any possible help that we can to our clients.  The upkeep to remain comfortable in a well maintained home can be alarming to some homeowners.  Who do we call? Well worry no longer, we will help. We offer complete Home Maintenance & Repair type services such as painting, light plumbing,  electrical,  regrouting, tile work, screen repair or anything else that may be needed to maintain a home.

  Along with this service we also offer our LEND-A-HAND program to help you personally around your home. It's like having a family member at your convenience.  If you need something done around the house that is small or you could simply use a hand give us a call. LEND-A-HAND is a specially priced program that we are offering for now on a trial basis that is low cost and meant to help you specifically around the home for NON-MAINTENANCE projects for example putting things into the attic, or rearranging furniture.

   

  Between our Home Accessibility Consultations, our Home Modifications, our Maintenance and repair service and LEND-A-HAND program we have you covered for all of your in house needs.  You can go about your business knowing that you have someone looking after you when it comes to Safety, Comfort, and Convenience in and around your home.
